For those of you who couldn't remember their history classes (like , umm, me) the parallels between Harding and Bush are striking.

• Once in office, Harding admitted to his close friends that the job was beyond him. (I wonder who Bush has admitted this to?)
  
• He allowed Andrew Mellon to push through tax cuts for the rich. (No comment needed here)
  
• Most historians regard Harding as the worst President in the nation's history. (HA!)
